For aging --and this guy is seriously aging-- Catholic Liberals, it's always 1968.
A 92 year old Jesuit got suspended from his priesthood for participating in a ritual with a "Roman Catholic Woman Priest".
The heart-rending but empowering story.
The charming street-demo style image:
The humble but inflated soul-stirring 1968 prose.
*Re "Lay Empowerment!" on the bulletin board there. There is no bar, in principle, against ordaining vast numbers of Catholic men, say, along with the sacrament of Confirmation. Like the Mormons, we'd have millions of priests...now that would be lay empowerment. But alas, no women priests.

"It’s time for the rest of the male priests to find the courage to listen to the workings of the Holy Spirit in their heart and conscience."This is what even Martin Luther would call Schwärmerei. You can sorta tell what that means even if you don't speak German.
