Maybe the premiss of 'believe in' is mistaken. Universal human equality arrives by effort, it is a goal for practical effort.

Everyone wills* homo [German 'das Gleiche' the same, equal], everyone estins homo: Whoever feels homophobic [anders, other] voluntarily goes into the madhouse«.
The multitude interrupts, crying »Give us these last Menschen, oh Zarathustra ... make us into these last Menschen! So give we to you the superman!« And the everything Volk jubilated and cluck'd with the tongue.
*Just as does the man (AYSh 32:24) or God-man (God and mortals, ANWSh v.28) who contends with Jacob at the river crossing, Zarathustra provokes the eros of the multitude of Selfs for willing equalness as the resolution of the slave revolt in moral valuation. Translating wollen as 'wants' has the advantage of an old-fashion'd sense of need, as in 'Your hair wants cutting.'
P.S. Any genetic or-and familio-cultural inequality of population groups in terms of the proportions capable of excellence in knowledge work doesn't really offend equalness, sameness. Possibly also any differences in population groups in terms of the proportions capable of intense shame and guilt and intense valuation, revaluation, etc, also thus capable of real understanding of such matters.
