It's no longer Lent, but I am not going to open this link on the Drudge Report and explode.
If you're White, and you are closing your eyes to the increasing number of Black mob attacks on us, you'd better wake up and open them.
John Derbyshire was right.
I am reminded of a phrase I heard once --can't find the original-- about the emancipation of the Jews in Europe, in France specifically: To the Jew as a citizen, everything; to the Jews as a people, nothing. How about the same deal here? To the Black as a citizen, everything; to the Blacks as a people, nothing.
And if you're afraid to see what's in front of your eyes, and has been for a very long time, cause you wanna be a Nice White Person, read this book and get over it. Even Thomas Sowell likes it.

Martin Luther: »All creatures are God's masks and mummeries.«
(quoted by J. Huizinga, Homo Ludens: A Study of the Play[also dramatic?] Element in Culture, p. 212 n.2. cf also Plato, Laws 685, 803-4)
Luther didn't say that we ought not to improve the drama. In fact, I suppose he saw that we could allow the drama to grow worse and worse, but urged that we improve the drama according to the score laid out in the BIble. ...
Marcuse demanded that the drama grow worse and worse. Improvement (Homer, Bible, Aristophanes, Augustine, Machiavelli, Hobbes, Spinoza, Shakespeare, Mozart etc) is only a tool of unfair capitalist oppression.
