Wow
I was Googling "male power struggles", switched over to the image section and voila! This is not a shot from a gay porn DVD, but an ad for the Dolce & Gabbana clothing line. The naked male body has become far more visible as an ad device in the last several years (Marky Mark's underwear gig), as female skin has been for a very long time. Abercrombie & Fitch ads, for example. And sexual activity, either actual or implied, is hardly new. But I don't think I ever saw an ad that seemed to focus on male-male rape to sell clothes.
If that's what the image is. These folks are very talented, so if you look at the picture long enough, you can find more than one narrative possibility.
And to think, when I was growing up you couldn't even see a picture of a married couple in a double bed!

It might imply male-male rape, but I am confoozled how that's a good theme for selling men's clothing. Because the rapist would prob have more fabric on than the rapee?
Also, the target market seems as prone to being-raped fantasies as raping fantasies. Maybe they could use this sort of imagery to peddle kilts.
