Merry Christmas, Ex. It's been a whirlwind few days, but I feel more at peace today than in a while. The orbit of my faith seems to have passed the apoapsis and is moving back to its periapsis around Catholicism. There won't be a reconversion, but there definitely will be a "Catholic in all but name" period. Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in. I can't seem to quit, even when I want to. I guess we'll see if my orbit decays and I go rushing back to the Church. But it would have to take a pretty big shake-up in doctrine, which I can't see happening. But like my grandmother said about Francis last night, "I don't know what that man's going to do next."
