X-Files episodes that are particularly overwrought. Skully no longer acting like a competent FBI agent but a helpless, breathy girl. And talking about deciphering writing from "an ancient Navajo alphabet"....which, of course, never existed.

Maybe a cryptic reference to the solid gold-plates of the origina book of Mormon, a Nauvoo alphabet? ... Navaho 'Tewa' language for cultivated arroyo (arroyo from Latin arrugia, shaft or pit in a gold-plate mine).
