I was told today from my rather confused (in many ways) female friend that "we need to move on from 9/11." She seems to be of the opinion that the grief expressed on the anniversary shows a lack of progression through the stages of grief.
Acceptance requires closure. Until KSM and his accomplices are dead, there can be no closure.
