Who are YOU to say???IIIII

This is a rhetorical device used by stupid people, of which there are many. Many.

Intellectually, many people remain on the schoolyard at lunchtime in 8th grade.

My reply is, "Who are YOU to ask???!!!"

    Or you might try replying "WHOM are you to say?" ... which is foreground-grammatically incorrect. But if one really wishes to withdraw from "I-Thou" interpersonalness, then one must learn to shrug off the in-thy-face interlocutor's misplaced contempt for one.
